  • -Identification Required

    Bring a valid driver's license or passport. If you arrive without the required documents, we cannot provide any services, and you will be charged a no-show/cancellation fee. No exceptions. 

  • -Late/Cancellation Policy

    If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a $65 fee will apply. Cancellations within 72 hours will also incur a fee, but rescheduling is free if done at least 3 days in advance. To reschedule appointments, please contact your artist directly or call the studio. 

  • -Walk-in policy

    We recommend making an appointment.

  • -No Groups

    Only parents/legal guardians may accompany minors.

  • -We cannot provide services to those who are pregnant or nursing.

  • -Aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your appointment.
